1. Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RNA Media Pvt. Ltd., operators of rnamediagroup.com and its portals. By placing an order or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Services
RNA Media provides: press release publication, feature articles, magazine features, political campaign media strategy, and media marketplace facilitation (newspaper, TV, digital, OOH, radio, BTL, influencer, sports advertising).
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. RNA Media may decline any order conflicting with editorial standards or applicable law. Work commences only upon full payment receipt.
4. Payment
All prices in INR, exclusive of GST (18%). Payment in full required via Razorpay before campaign execution.
5. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RNA MEDIA OPERATES A STRICT NO-REFUND, NO-CANCELLATION POLICY. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. See our Cancellations and Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Content Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for accuracy and legality of all content provided. RNA Media publishes in good faith. The Client indemnifies RNA Media against all third-party claims arising from published content.
7. Delivery
Standard: 24 business hours. Priority 12hr available at additional cost. Timelines are estimates. RNA Media is not liable for force majeure delays.
8. Confidentiality
All political campaign engagements are handled with absolute confidentiality. Client identities and strategies will not be disclosed without written consent.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
