RNA Media Editorial Standards
1. Editorial Independence
RNA Media maintains editorial independence. We may refuse, edit, or request revisions to any content containing: factually incorrect information, defamatory material, illegal content promotion, hate speech, or privacy violations.
2. Content Standards for Paid Placements
- Must be factually accurate and verifiable
- Must not make false claims about products, services, or qualifications
- Must not impersonate public figures without written permission
- Must comply with ASCI guidelines
- Must not contain defamatory content about competitors
3. Political Content
- No calls to violence or communal disharmony
- Must comply with Representation of the People Act, 1951
- Must comply with ECI Model Code of Conduct during elections
4. Content Rejection
Rejected content will be communicated with reasons. Client may resubmit revised content within 7 days at no extra charge. If revised content still fails standards, RNA Media will offer an alternative slot — no refund issued.
