RNA Media Pvt. Ltd. provides primarily digital editorial and media advertising services. We do not ship physical goods as our core business. All digital deliverables are fulfilled via email and published URLs.

3. Physical Magazine Copies
Where physical magazine copies are included, dispatch occurs via registered courier within 7 business days of print run completion. Physical delivery is complimentary — delays do not entitle the Client to a refund. International copies attract additional courier charges.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Confirmed when the published URL or completion email is sent to your registered email. Add noreply@rnamediagroup.com to your contacts to avoid spam filters.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
Contact support@rnamediagroup.com within 7 days of expected delivery with your Razorpay payment ID. We investigate and resolve within 2 business days.
6. No Refund on Delays
Minor delays do not entitle you to a refund. See our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
