NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY
RNA Media Pvt. Ltd. operates a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND, and NO CREDIT policy on all services. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. By completing a purchase, you unconditionally accept this policy.
1. Scope
Applies to: press releases, feature articles, magazine features, political campaign services, third-party media bookings (newspaper, TV, digital, OOH, radio, BTL, influencer, sports), agency retainers, and all products sold via this website.
2. No Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received, including: change of mind, content submission delays by client, or business strategy changes.
3. No Refund
No partial refunds, full refunds, store credits, or exchanges are available under any circumstances.
4. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorised chargebacks will be contested with full documentation. Clients initiating unjustified chargebacks may be blacklisted and pursued for disputed amounts plus legal costs.
5. Exception โ Duplicate Payment Only
The sole exception is a verifiable technical duplicate charge. Submit to support@rnamediagroup.com within 48 hours with bank evidence. Only the duplicate amount may be refunded, not the original charge.
6. Service Disputes
If a service was materially not delivered as described, contact support@rnamediagroup.com within 7 days. RNA Media may offer republication or an alternative slot โ never a cash refund.
